How did Salman Khan beefed up for his role in Tiger Zinda Hai?

Since Salman Khan knew it would be a physically demanding role in the movie, he created an intensive preparation to attain the required physique. Three months before film production began, he started to prep up for his role. The first thing he did was undergo altitude training. He would also cycle 10 kms distance to the set, which under the conditions there, would be difficult. At the same time, Salman Khan also altered his diet to a high protein, no – carbs one, in order to maintain his beefed up physique. He also completely removed sugar off his diet, while reducing the intake of salt. In fact, so dedicated to his diet he was, that he only had one cheat day, on the last day of film shooting in Greece.
